Knowing Shirley, her Web design knowledge, and her abilities — I’m confident this is going to be a valuable book especially since it contains many checklists. As someone who has worked in process management and values the RIGHT documentation to manage processes, the checklists should help save time and ensure the design team hasn’t missed any critical steps.
